New Pics of this Week

So Hanah likes to help mommy in the kitchen...

And as for Carol... well we found something that makes her content... sometimes!

A swing and a satin blanket... who would have thought!

She sure is getting big! She is starting to coo and everything!

Praise God it has finally been done... We were able to get pictures of Carol smiling!!! She is starting to do a little better. In addition to that she is starting to sleep through the night! Most people think that colicky babies are up all night, but typically colick is worse in the afternoon and evenings. My girls are great sleepers! Last night was her first night in her own crib. She and Hanah share a room and it went very smoothly. Carol woke at 4:30am and it did not phase Hanah a bit! Oh happy day!

Now this little girl has the right idea! She's already looking for money to go shopping!

Welcome to our blog...

So I have never done something like this before so we will see how it will come out! I just thought this would be a great way for everyone to see new pics of the girls and be updated on what is going on! So here is goes!

(oh the previous picture... a week after the baby was born... I've lost a lot of weight... actually I'm at pre-baby weight... well pre-Carol weight... I still have to finish off Hanah's weight... okay so now I'm depressed : ) )

Well to update you on the girls...

Hanah is doing wonderful! She is still sweet Hanah!

She does have her mommy's attitude though... please pray!

She is goofy like her daddy so that makes up for it.

She started walking on the 5th of October!!! Finally I thought she would walk months ago, but we have found out that Hanah is determined. Determined to do what she wants when she wants! Here is a little video of here first steps. I took it with my digital camera so it is a little fussy but you get the idea! I cried!

yes my dreaded fear has come true... Carol is colicky.

But in good news we are learning how to deal with it, and when she is awake, and not crying, she is such a doll baby and has the pretty green eyes and such a beautiful smile. She really is a blessing. I know when we get through this phase she will be such a wonderful little girl!
